This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SoupFinance platform and services provided by Tech At Scale Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
By using SoupFinance, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

SoupFinance is designed for legitimate business purposes, specifically:

- Tracking payments and receivables
- Generating financial reports
- Managing client and vendor relationships
- Recording journal entries and maintaining general ledger
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Collect, store, or process personal data without proper legal basis or consent
2.3 System Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission
- Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
2.4 Misuse of Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Use the Service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

- Backdate documents or transactions with intent to deceive
3. Security Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Strong Passwords: Use unique, complex passwords and change them regularly
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Enable MFA when available
- Authorized Users: Only grant access to individuals who need it
- Access Review: Regularly review and revoke access for former employees or contractors

- Processing: Do not run computationally intensive operations that impact other users
